The year is 2013, and NYC Chinese food delivery bicycles have fully evolved from taped up mountain bikes to fully-functional motorcycles with non-moving bicycle pedals. These delivery guys are now realizing that they can no longer get away with pretending they're too foreign to understand the traffic laws. Riding in the wrong direction is finally out of the question.
